ak222 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the ak222 website accessible at ak222.ws, including all sub-pages, features, games, sports betting markets, payment interfaces and associated mobile-optimised views.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on the ak222 platform and uses any part of the service.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or matched deposit amount credited to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited directly by the Player from their own payment source, exclusive of any bonus amounts.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount a Player must stake before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency supported for deposits and withdrawals on the ak222 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ak222 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You accept all clauses set out herein without reservation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete.

ak222 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

The ak222 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Players aged under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit or wager under any circumstances. ak222 operates a zero-tolerance policy in relation to underage gambling and will immediately close any account found to belong to a minor, forfeiting all associated balances.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the ak222 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. ak222 does not represent or warrant that the services are appropriate or available for use in all geographic locations. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and legal liability.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ak222 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or linked accounts — whether using different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

Players must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process, including but not limited to their full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address. ak222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ak222 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point. Accepted documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, driving licence) and proof of residential address dated within the previous three months. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

4.3 Account Credentials

Players are solely responsible for the security of their username and password. Credentials must not be shared with any third party. ak222 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported to the ak222 support team immediately.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ak222 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ak222 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Deposit Restrictions

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent by a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. ak222 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to apply regulatory holds pending investigation.

5.3 Currency

The ak222 platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits made in other currencies will be declined at the payment gateway level. There is no currency conversion facility available on the platform.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to two business days depending on the receiving institution. ak222 does not guarantee processing times for withdrawals held pending compliance review.

6.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before a withdrawal request can be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The Player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used to fund the account wherever operationally possible.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met in full prior to withdrawal of those funds.
• The Player must not be subject to any ongoing investigation or account restriction.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits are communicated within the Player's account dashboard and may vary depending on account verification status, payment method and promotional conditions. ak222 reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in staged instalments at its reasonable discretion.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers issued by ak222 are subject to their specific promotion terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating exclusively to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Real Money Balance is wagered first; Bonus Funds are wagered second unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ak222 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using low-risk or mathematically near-certain strategies to satisfy wagering requirements; colluding with other Players to clear bonus wagering requirements; and withdrawing deposits immediately following bonus activation without genuine gaming intent. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

7.4 Promotion Availability

ak222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible Players only and ak222 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its absolute discretion.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Game Outcomes

The outcome of all games and sporting events offered on the ak222 platform is determined by certified random number generators (for casino games) or by the real-world outcome of the relevant sporting event (for sports betting markets). ak222's decision on the settlement of all bets and games is final, subject to the complaints procedure described herein.

8.2 System Errors

In the event of a technical failure, system error or manifest mistake — including incorrectly quoted odds, erroneous bonus credits or mislabelled game outcomes — ak222 reserves the right to void affected bets or transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. ak222 is not liable for losses arising from reliance on erroneous information caused by system malfunction.

8.3 Sports Betting Settlements

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket, FIFA for football, and so on). In-play markets may be suspended or voided where live data feeds are disrupted or where the integrity of the event is in question.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak222 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Use of automated software, bots, scrapers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or share information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Fraud, identity theft or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs or glitches for financial gain.
• Any conduct intended to disrupt the operation of the platform or harm other Players.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ak222 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interface designs, sound recordings and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ak222 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants the Player any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any platform content without the express prior written consent of ak222.

11. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing and storage of Player personal data is governed by the ak222 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. ak222 does not sell personal data to third parties and processes Player data exclusively for the purposes of account management, compliance, fraud prevention and service improvement.

12. Responsible Gaming

ak222 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Every registered Player has access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold over a specified period.
• Session Reminders: Configure time alerts that prompt review of gameplay duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close the account with a minimum exclusion period of 6 months.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by ak222

ak222 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive or illegal purposes.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information.
• Continuation of the account would expose ak222 to regulatory, legal or reputational risk.

13.2 Closure by the Player

A Player may close their account at any time by contacting the ak222 support team. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending KYC verification.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak222 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental loss or damage arising from the use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption. ak222's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total real money deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ak222 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or entirely secure. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

ak222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ak222 will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to the registered address on file. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at ak222.ws/terms-conditions. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. Players accessing the ak222 platform acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and accept personal responsibility for compliance with any local laws applicable to their use of the service. ak222 makes no representations that the platform complies with the laws of any specific jurisdiction other than where it is operated.
